What Marktgram is

Marktgram is a platform where members publish classified listings and contact each other. Marktgram is not a party to any sale, rental or other agreement between members. We do not handle payments between buyers and sellers, we do not hold money in escrow and we take no commission on sales.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give correct information. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person should not run several accounts to get around our rules.

Rules for listings

When you publish a listing you confirm that:

• you are allowed to offer the item or service and the information and photos are true and yours to use;
• it is legal in the places where you offer it and is not a prohibited item (for example weapons, drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, or anything that exploits people);
• you do not use the listing for spam, scams, advance-fee requests or to collect personal data;
• you choose the right category and keep the listing up to date, and remove it when it is no longer available.

Review and moderation

Listings are reviewed by our team before they go live. We may refuse, edit, hide or remove a listing, and suspend or close an account, when it breaks these terms or the law, or to protect members. Reports from members help us do this.

Contact and safety between members

You deal directly with other members. Check the item, the person and the payment method yourself, be careful with advance payments and personal documents, and meet in safe places. Marktgram does not verify what members say and cannot guarantee any transaction.

Paid options

Some options, such as Marktgram Select or plans for businesses, may be paid. Prices are shown before you pay and are paid through our payment provider. Unless the law gives you a right to a refund, paid options that have started are not refundable. Posting a normal listing is free.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish. You give Marktgram a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, show, translate and promote your listings and photos on and for Marktgram, for as long as the listing is on the platform.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Marktgram available but cannot promise it will always work without interruption. To the extent the law allows, Marktgram is not liable for members' content or conduct, or for losses from transactions between members. Our liability for intentional or grossly negligent harm, injury to life, body or health and any other liability that cannot be excluded by law stays unaffected.

Ending your account

You can stop using Marktgram at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms and will show the new date at the top. If you keep using Marktgram after a change, the new terms apply. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
